Return & Exchange Policy

If a product isn't right, you can return or exchange it. Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person whenever possible.

7-Day Returns

Unused items in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and free gifts, can be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Damaged, Wrong or Faulty Items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We replace or refund at no extra cost, including delivery charges.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, installed or physically damaged items
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Personal care and hygiene products once opened (trimmers, straighteners, facial brushes, baby bottles)
• Items marked "Final Sale"
