• Order details: name, mobile number, delivery address, district, and optionally email.
• Account details if you sign up: email, name and saved addresses.
• Technical data: IP address and device information, used to prevent fraud and limit abuse (for example, too many tracking attempts).
• Analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) when enabled, using cookies.

How We Use It

To process and deliver orders, share necessary delivery details with our courier partners, confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and — only if you subscribe — send offers.

Payments

We do not store card numbers or mobile wallet PINs. For bKash, Nagad or Rocket we only keep the transaction ID you give us.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with delivery couriers, payment providers and service providers who help run the store, or when required by Bangladeshi law.

Security & Retention

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to authorised staff. Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal obligations.
